March Finding Blessedness March Devotional, March Prayer Guide

Finding Blessedness in God’s Presence

“Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.”

— Psalm 32:1 (NIV)

March invites us to slow down and look again at a word we hear often but don’t always understand: blessed.

For many of us, blessing has been tied to outcomes. Ease, answers, relief, or lives that seem to unfold without constant resistance. And when our circumstances don’t change, it can quietly raise the question: Am I still blessed?

This month, I want to invite you into a deeper, more biblical understanding of blessedness.

In Scripture, blessing is not defined by comfort or control. It is defined by God’s nearness. By being seen, held, forgiven, and sustained—even when life remains hard. Blessedness is not the absence of struggle; it is the presence of God within it.

My hope for March is that you begin to notice God’s daily favor in simpler ways and are able to begin finding blessedness in the everyday.

This month is about opening our eyes—not to deny our reality, but to see God meeting us right in the middle of it. Because sometimes the greatest blessing God gives is not changing our circumstances, but changing us. I’m honored to walk through this month with you.

Here’s to a month of learning to see blessing differently—
not as something we chase,
but as Someone who stays.
